Mattress Springs: 51mm diameter 1.42mm wire gauge springs in individual cotton calico pockets, hand formed into a honeycomb nested unit. Options of soft, medium or firm spring gauges.
Mattress Border: 20cm deep with three row of Vi-Spring hand stitching round all sides of the border.
Horizontal matching handles - 8 on 150cm sizes. Air vents on all sides.
Mattress Edges: Protective bonding around all border edges. Finished with piped ticking.
Mattress Upholstery: Pocketed unit cover with calico platform. Upholstered with hair needle teased onto hessian enclosed in hairproof cabric cover, overlaid with two layers of 1,170 gm pr sq. m. superior white cotton rich mixture. Covered in the finest ticking.
Hand tufted with art felt washers. |
