Mattress Springs: 54mm diameter 1.52mm wire guage springs in individual cotton calico pockets, hand formed into a honeycomb nested unit. Options of soft, medium or firm spring gauges.
Mattress Border: 20cm deep with three row of Vi-Spring hand stitching round all sides of the border. Horizontal matching handles - 8 on 150cm sizes. Air vents on all sides.
Mattress Edges: Protective bonding around all border edges. Finished with piped ticking.
Mattress Upholstery: Pocketed unit cover with calico platform. Upholstered with 1650 gm per sq. m. superior white cotton rich mixture, the 300 gm per sq. m. of lambswool and overlaid with another layer of 1650 gm per sq. m. superior white cotton rich mixture. Covered in finest quality ticking.
Hand tufted with art felt washers. |
