Mattress Springs: 51mm diameter 1.42mm wire gauge springs in individual cotton calico pockets, hand formed into a honeycomb nested unit. Two layer construction with diaphragm between. Options of soft, medium or firm spring guages.
Mattress Border: 20cm deep with three row of Vi-Spring hand stitching round all sides of the border. Horizontal matching handles - 8 on 150cm sizes. Air vents on all sides.
Mattress Edges: Protective bonding around all border edges. Finished with piped ticking.
Mattress Upholstery: Pocketed unit cover with calico platform. Exclusively upholstered with loose long-stranded horsehair, blended with long stranded white hair. Covered in finest quality ticking. Hand tufted with art felt washers. |
