'Create a restful environment' with a wooden bed

The Sleep Council claims that a "restful environment" is essential to ensure a proper night's sleep - and the centrepiece for any relaxing bedroom could be a comfortable wooden bed.

According to the Better Sleep Guide, published by the council, "all too often people don't notice the gradual deterioration of their bed until the level of discomfort is quite extreme".
