Relaxation techniques prove popular for stressed-out Brits


As some people struggle to sleep in bed due to worries about the economy and pressure from work, more Brits are turning towards relaxation techniques, it has been claimed.

According to Richard Hilliard, director of Relaxation for Living, the methods are most popular among teachers who are looking to learn about how they can relax and manage their anxiety.

Similarly, the number of people wanting to be trained in the techniques themselves is also increasing as they try to earn some extra money.
