Restaurant offers dinner in bed for customers

A new restaurant has been opened in Prague which may offer diners the ultimate in comfort when they are eating their food.

Bed Lounge Bar and Restaurant encourages people to take off their shoes and recline on huge, cushioned beds as waiters bring out food and cocktails on bed trays, the Prague Post reports.

People already enjoy the concept in New York and Tokyo as well as some other cities around the world.

The beds are positioned in the lounge which also becomes a club with loud dance music.

However, a meal at Bed Lounge Bar and Restaurant does not come cheap with a six-piece tiger shrimp appetiser grilled with lemon grass costing 325 Kc (£11.60).

For another interesting bed experience, New Yorkers can stay at the Guggenheim Museum, where each night one of their exhibitions is turned into a working hotel room with a bed to sleep in, NewYorkology reports.
