Stick to a 'sleep schedule' for a good rest in bed


Having a sleep schedule could be one of the best ways for people to ensure that they get a good night's rest in bed, one website suggests.

According to Kerala Online, if people go to bed and get up at the same time every day this can help them to achieve a better quality rest so they are refreshed and rejuvenated.

The website advises that people should attempt to stick to their sleep schedule as much as possible.

"Having deviations once in a while is okay, but don't make it a habit to sleep or rise much earlier or later than your usual time," it adds.

Other top tips from Kerala Online include having a warm bath before going to bed and removing distracting items such as TVs and computers.

The website continues: "Make sure that your bed, mattress as well as pillow are comfortable."
