Expert offers tips on drifting off in bed
Those who have trouble getting to sleep in bed at night may want to take heed of some advice offered by one expert.

As a result, she advises that people should not delay going to bed when they are tired as it promotes a stress response in the body.
People should also try to re-train their body from a "full alert status into a relaxed state", as this can help to improve the quality of sleep.
Finally, Ms Zucker suggests that people attempt to find out what may be interfering with their rest in bed by taking an inventory of stimulants they consume, such as caffeine and cigarettes.
