The sleeping habits of the rich and famous have been revealed, showing that a healthy amount of sleep is considered the key to beauty by many celebrities.
Penelope Cruz is reported by OK magazine to have advised that "sleep is the best way to happiness and beauty" and ensures that she gets a minimum of 12 hours sleep a night.
However, not all stars are as lucky, with Madonna and Sadie Frost attributing problems with insomnia to their hectic lifestyles as full time celebrities and mothers.
The magazine also states "the foundation of a good night's sleep is a comfortable bed", backing up recent Sleep Council research that mattresses should be replaced at least every ten years.
Further research that shows women are susceptible to mood swings as a result of poor sleep is supported by UK star Amanda Burton, who claims: "When you are tired, problems escalate, so I go to bed as early as I can."
Willis and Gambierbeds such as the Lille and the Lyon offer a luxurious and supportive sleeping experience, while Tempur's memory foam mattress has been recommended by superstar Brad Pitt.
Classic Bed Company is the UK's premier bed store for ultimate comfort and luxury offering Tempur, Vi Spring, Willis and Gambier, and French Sleigh beds.
