Shares in Tempur-Pedic showed the first gain for three weeks in the period between March 31st and April 3rd.
Opening at $11 on Monday 31st, by the end of April 3rd shares had closed $1.23 up at $12.23, figures from Yahoo! Finance show.
Monday demonstrated a high of $11.36, while the biggest low of the week still managed to avoid last week's all-time low of $9.51, staying above the $10 mark at $10.48 to close back where it started on $11.
April Fools' Day played the same joke as the previous day, with a positive opening of $12.49 and a high of $12.90 being offset by a low of £11.04 that saw shares stick at $12.49 at close.
Wednesday April 2nd opened lower on $12.23 and recorded the week's only loss, despite a high that pushed past the $13 mark to $13.36 - this was swiftly negated by an $11.66 low that resulted in an $11.80 close.
Thursday showed a sunnier outlook, with the opening of $12 achieving a high of $12.47 and a low of $11.34 to close 23 cents up.
Shareholders may be interested to hear that two institutional investors are viewing Tempur as a potential growth prospect and bought up nearly ten million shares in the company at the end of March.
