Shareholders in Tempur beds have found what goes up must come down this week, after positive April 18th figures gave way to the familiar slide.
Figures from Yahoo! Finance show that on Friday Tempur shares jumped almost a dollar and a half, to finish at $11.90 after Thursday's $10.51 close.
April 21st figures began on an even keel, with an $11.83 opening on April 21st and a high that never got past $11.84 - while the low dipped to $11.39 - resulting in an $11.82 finish.
Tuesday April 22nd began the slow slide that would characterise the rest of the week hoever, with an opening of £11.63, a high of $11.70 and a low of $11.24 ensuring an $11.50 close.
Wednesday April 23rd continued the theme, with an $11.60 opening, $11.83 high, $11.27 low and an $11.48 finish.
Thursday's figures started at $11.46 and again showed little change by the end of the day, with a high of $11.80 and a low of $11.15 resulting in an $11.42 close.
Friday followed suit, with a further two cents knocked off Thursday's closing price, with an opening of $11.51 and a high of $11.85 negated by a low of $11.10 that led to a, $11.42 finish.
