Tempur tops to-do list
Buying a Tempur pillow has been included in a list of 58 things to do in 2009.
Writing for the Philippine Star, Lucy Gomez puts buying a Tempur Wedge Pillow at number eight in her list of things to achieve over the coming year.
She describes how she spends much of her day working at her computer while lying in bed.
Because she becomes so absorbed in her work she does not notice how her body is sitting and often finds that her back hurts or her neck is strained by the time she has finished.
Ms Gomez writes: "The Tempur Wedge Pillow feels like heaven on my back."
She also puts going to bed earlier and being asleep by 11pm at number 12 in her list, while turning her bedroom "into a relaxing space, where everything has a space and everything is in its place" hits number 37 in the list.
According to the Sleep Council, creating a clutter-free environment is one of the best ways to get a good night's sleep.
