A new bed helped England rugby and Dancing on Ice star Kyran Bracken find relief from his chronic back pain.
In an interview in the Daily Mail, the 35-year-old sports star revealed that he has had to live with serious back pain for the last 17 years. A career playing rugby didn't help the situation and Kyran had to undergo several operations.
During his rugby career, Kyran tried a number of treatments to help his back.
"I tried everything - osteopaths, chiropractors, physios and massage," he explained to the paper.
However, these treatments did not help much. In contrast, a new bed did.
"Last Christmas I bought a Tempur mattress, which has really helped. I'm sleeping better," he explained.
Recently, Tempur revealed that it had singed a three year deal with England's Rugby Football Union to supply other players with Tempur products.
Calvin Morriss, England senior team's fitness coach, explained that the players liked the beds, saying: "Feedback from the players has been very, very positive.
"Most report sleeping better (after getting used to the mattress) and that they are less restricted in normal movements in the morning."
