Lullaby compilation 'soothes babies to sleep'
A specialist shop has announced the release of a new baby lullaby compilation designed to help young ones - and their parents - get to sleep.
Baby Sleep Shop reports that the disc includes 14 lullabies, ranging from timeless classics to more contemporary arrangements, in addition to an exclusive title track "So To Sleep" composed by Benny Hawes.
The disc has been produced and pressed in the UK by an independent producer.
Joanna Windsor, partner and founder of Baby Sleep Shop, said: "Soft music is acknowledged as a successful method for helping babies relax and fall asleep at bedtime."
She added that the disc can make for an ideal sleeping cue when used as part of a regular bedtime routine to help babies know when it is time to go to sleep.
SleepLullabies.com reports that nursery rhymes, heartbeats, nature sounds and white noise can all be used to help babies get to sleep.
After putting their children to bed, parents can improve their own sleep with a Tempur-Pedicmattress packed with memory foam that shifts to support their unique body shape.
Classic Bed Company is the UK's premier bed store for ultimate comfort and luxury offering Tempur, Vi Spring, Willis Gambier, French sleigh beds and contemporary beds online.
