'Sleep as important as food and exercise'
A good night's sleep on a comfortable mattress is just as important as healthy eating and exercise, according to one expert.
Dr Rishi Raj, writing on Lubbock Online, said sleep is essential for both our physical and psychological wellbeing.

Dr Raj says that sleepiness is a common problem for the general population and staying in bed for two or more extra hours at the weekend can leave you sleep deprived during the week.
According to the Sleep Council there are four R's to remember to get a good sleep: regularity, routine, restful bedroom and the right bed.
