Brits 'not relaxing on holiday'

Over-worked Brits are not taking the chance to have stay in bed for a lie-in or relax on a comfy mattress abroad when on holiday, new research shows.

According to a survey by MORE TH>N insurance, 3.6 million workers did not rest and re-energise while on holiday this summer because they felt they had to stay in contact with their office.

Leaving mobile phones and laptops at home is the best way to escape from the stresses of work, the company claims, meaning there is more time to relax on a sun bed by the pool.

Carmel McCarthy, PR manager for MORE TH>N advises people to "take time out and enjoy your holiday".

For workers who can't go abroad on holiday, having a quality mattress, such as a Tempur mattress, may mean they can at least rest comfortably in bed to relax when they have time off.
