Lying on CVs 'stops people sleeping'
Some people cannot sleep properly on their bed or mattress at night because they have told lies on their CV, according to new research.
A survey by Interviewgold.com found that 35 per cent of people said they worried about job interviews the next day and were concerned that they would get caught out by lies they had told.
It was also revealed that for 56 per cent of people, their biggest nightmare was going blank when asked a question during an interview.
Joe McDermott, chief executive officer at Interviewgold.com, said this can be easily avoided meaning people can sleep easy at night.
"If you do your research and make good use of all the tools available you'll find it easy to stay cool in the hot seat," he said.
A Tempur mattress may also help people with a big job interview the next day to relax easier when they are trying to sleep thanks to its memory foam technology.
