Tempur share price update

Tempur shares entered Friday's trading on a downturn after picking up either side of the weekend.

According to Yahoo! Finance, shares in the bed manufacturer - which is famed for the development of memory foam - closed on Thursday at $7.73, having peaked at $8.63 during the day's trading.

Things had started positively on Monday with a high of $9.50 and a closing price of $9.00, marking a rise on last week's closing price.

However, despite opening at $9.57, trading did not push the value any higher on Tuesday and shareholders saw their stocks slip to $8.66 by the end of the day.

Into Wednesday, trading opened at $8.43, fluctuating between $8.73 and $7.87, settling at 8.15 at the close of business.

The next day saw a starting price of $8.30, but there was no bettering the day's high of $8.63.
