Joseph International Laana Bed


The Laana bed is the latest in the Joseph International range; a great looking bed with a drawer storage option or a trundle mattress option.

The trundle mattress is a guest bed underneath the main bed; ideal for unexpected guests or a great space saving option.

This bed is very well made, built to last and should last you for many years. The bed is made of a strong wooden frame finished in a white colourway which will always make your bedroom look clean and fresh. The bed has classic good looks and would compliment any style of bedroom from a classic room to a more modern, contemporary room.

The style of the Laana bed is similar to the Shaker style that has become so popular in recent years.

The headboard is slatted and complimented by a contoured top rail. The bed also features a low foot end which is a good option if you want a bed that will dominate your bedroom; this is also useful if you or your partner are particularly tall.
The Laana bed is very elegant with feminine style tapered legs that would look lovely in your bedroom.

The slats of the bed are sprung beech, which allows for more comfort than you have felt in other slatted beds. The beech sprung slatted base incorporates strengthened slats that are curved into shape and then sealed.

This allows for a higher level of comfort as the slats now offer effectively the same level of comfort as more expensive upholstered sprung bases. The gap between each slat is designed to be narrower than normal; this allows you to buy a good quality mattress, safe in the knowledge that the sleeping platform will enhance your ultimate comfort level.
