Unlike most mattress suppliers Tempur offer a 60 night trial of their product, giving you adequate time to assess whether or not the Tempur solution is right for you; allowing you to purchase with confidence.

Do I qualify?

Simply work through the checklist below to see if you are eligible for the 60 night trial. If you answer yes to all the questions below then you qualify.

• Are you purchasing your product through the Tempur website?
• Are you making the payment in full using a credit or debit card?
• Are you living on the UK mainland; excluding Northern Ireland and all offshore islands?
• Are you new to the Tempur trial? I.e. you have not tested a Tempur product before.

Which products can I trial?

• All standard mattresses and overlays.
• Standard size pillows; only if they ordered and delivered with a standard size mattress or overlay.
• Small Tempur products including; seat cushions, travel pillows and lumbar supports are not eligible.
• Only one mattress or overlay can be trilled per household. If you are purchasing two or more products please contact the Tempur Direct Sales Team to discuss your order.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment and charges

Full payment is taken when you place your order. If you are at all dissatisfied with your Tempur product in any way and wish to cancel your agreement you should contact the Tempur Customer Service Team within the 60 night period; arrangements will then be made for the collection of your products and refund of payment. Please note that the delivery charge is non-refundable.
